Behind The Designs
Sassy Caddy started with a simple problem: women golfers couldn't find a golf bag they actually loved. So our founder, Emily, decided to make one herself. Sixteen years later, we're still designing golf bags and accessories that work as hard as you do on the course and look good doing it.
Made by a Golfer, for Golfers
Emily has been in golf her whole life. Her high school didn't have a girls' golf team, so she played on the Greeley Unified team instead. She went on to become Linfield's first women's golf All-American, and this year she's being inducted into her college's Hall of Fame.
After college, she built a career as a golf teaching professional and a buyer for golf shops and resorts. Teaching women's lessons, she kept hearing the same complaint from her students: there were no golf bags they liked, and nothing was made specifically for women. In 2010, she set out to change that, and Sassy Caddy was born.
Our First Bag, and Every Bag Since
That first design became our deluxe cart bag, and it's still a customer favorite. When golfers told us they loved it but wanted something lighter, Emily designed our lightweight cart bag. Golfers who walk the course asked for a bag they could carry, so we added our stand bags. That's how we've always worked: we listen, then we design.
Details With a Story
Many of our designs carry a personal touch. Our Adelaide bag was designed in honor of Emily's grandma Bea, with bees hidden on the inside of the purse. Look closely at any Sassy Caddy bag and you'll find thoughtful details: velvet-lined valuables pockets, cooler pockets, coordinating detachable purses and a zip-off front pocket ready for your monogram.
Small Batches, Big Personality
We make our bags in small batches, which means each design is a limited run. When a pattern sells out, it may be gone for good. That keeps our collection fresh and makes your bag a little more one of a kind.

More Than Golf Bags
Today Sassy Caddy makes everything a woman golfer needs to look and feel her best on the course and off: headcovers, hats, tennis and pickleball bags, totes and accessories. We also create custom gifts for golf tournaments through our Tournament Gift Program.
