Donation and Sponsorship Requests

We’re honored whenever an organization considers Sassy Caddy for a donation or sponsorship. As a small, women-owned business, we receive far more requests than we can fulfill, so we’ve created guidelines to help us direct our support where it can make the greatest difference.

Our giving is focused primarily on programs that make golf and other sports more accessible to women and girls—especially those who may face financial, physical or other barriers to participating.

Organizations We Consider

Donation and sponsorship requests should meet the following criteria:

  • The requesting organization is a current, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
  • The organization or program serves women, girls or underserved communities.
  • The request supports access to sports, with priority given to golf-related programs.
  • The request is submitted at least 45 days before the donation is needed.

Examples may include junior girls’ golf programs, sports scholarships, adaptive golf organizations, community golf initiatives and programs introducing underserved women and girls to the game.

Requests We’re Unable to Support

Although many worthy events fall outside our giving priorities, we’re generally unable to provide donations or sponsorships for:

  • Corporate outings or for-profit events
  • Personal celebrations, including birthdays and bachelorette parties
  • Individual fundraising campaigns
  • Organizations without current 501(c)(3) status
  • Requests submitted fewer than 45 days before an event

If your event doesn’t qualify for a donation, we may still be able to help with group purchasing options for prizes, gifts or tournament merchandise.

Submitting a Request

If your organization meets the guidelines above, please complete our donation request form and include:

  • Your organization’s name, mission and nonprofit status
  • A description of the program or event
  • The people and community your organization serves
  • How the requested donation will be used
  • The event date and donation deadline
  • Any recognition or promotional opportunities offered to Sassy Caddy

Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee a donation. Requests are reviewed based on alignment with our giving priorities, available inventory and our annual donation budget. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we may not be able to respond individually to every submission.
